The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics of the Technobud Group’s Companies (TBG) is a set of ethical norms, rules of conduct and business standards that employees must adhere to in their activities.

The Code declares integrity, transparency, respect for the law and the faithful implementation of duties with indisputable principles of Technobud Group, as well as each of its employees. They form the confidence of customers, suppliers, business partners, local authorities and communities to the Company.

The confidence to the company is its reputation, stable development and prosperity, while unconditional adherence to the Code is a guarantee of the confidence.

Technobud Group supports the right of any employee or other stakeholders to express their concern about non-compliance with or violation of the Code and to report inappropriate behavior on the trust line.

The Company ensures that any treatment will not affect the further professional or other activity in the Company, it will be impartially reviewed and duly checked under absolute confidentiality to arrive at an equitable solution.
